Questions about road freight
What is the difference between FTL and LTL?
FTL is a whole truck for your cargo only, straight from A to B. LTL means your pallets share the truck with other shipments on the same route, which costs less but adds a day or two.
How much does it cost to ship one pallet in Europe?
It depends on the pallet's weight, the delivery address and the date. Send us the address and pallet details and you'll get an exact price.
How many pallets fit in a truck?
A standard semi-trailer holds 33 euro pallets (120 × 80 cm) in a single layer. If your pallets have other dimensions, we'll help you calculate the loading metres.
Can you carry temperature-controlled goods?
Yes, in refrigerated trailers from −25 to +25 °C. A temperature record can be provided on request.
Do you handle small and one-off shipments?
Yes. We move anything from a single pallet to regular full truckloads, for small e-shops and large manufacturers alike.
Who prepares export documents?
We do. You send the invoice and packing list; we arrange export clearance with our customs partner.
How do I ship goods to the UK after Brexit?
The UK is no longer in the EU, so every shipment needs customs clearance on both sides: an export declaration in the Czech Republic and an import declaration in the UK. We handle the transport and customs paperwork from pickup to delivery; you just send us the invoice and details of the goods.
